Going to Salaman

It is Sunday. The Red Sunday (Ahad Pahing 14). At 06:11 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. I reached 6,66km in 1:18:37hours or pace 11'47". The average heart rate was 112, the average cadence was 147, and the fat burning was 631. After having a break and showering I washed my clothes. The day seemed promising.

At 10:15 I and Rahutama went to Salaman. As usual I traced toll road and national road to Magelang. At Banaran Cafe Bedono we stopped by for having coffee. We stopped again at Lezat Shop Magelang to buy various snacks. At about 13:00 we arrived at Adi's house.

There was no one at home so went to the big house. We met Lik Santo, Bulik War, Adi, Esti, Fitri, ARGY, and Lia. We had social talk. I also motivated ARGY and Lia for there future. At about 14:00 ARGY and Lia went back to Semarang. We went back to Semarang at about 17:00. We stopped by at Warung Tahu Pojok to have late lunch. At about 08:15 we arrived at home.

Central Java cummulative confirmed infected people was number 3 after Jakarta and West Java, the increment was number 4 after Jakarta (127), East Java (115), West Java (97), Bali (71), Jogjakarta (56), South Sulawesi (54), West Kalimantan (50), Banten (50), and East Kalimantan (47). The death toll was 142.173 (58), Central Java was 29.922 (5), and Jakarta was 13.554 (5). Central Java cummulative death toll was number 1, the increment was number 3 after East Java (10) and Aceh (10).
