It Friday. The Red-9 Friday-6 (Jumat Pahing 15). In the morning Nuri went to the market to buy lontong (rice curd in banana leaft). We had it and chicken curry to for our breakfast. Then, she went to Anindya's house accompanying the children. Rahutama and Anjar seemed free.

After accompanying the children Nuri went out to buy some matters for Rahutama and Anjar. They would go back to Singaraja tomorrow and Nuri equipped them with the stuff.

At 15:08 I run along the side walk of west flood canal. I reached 6,67km in 1:16:36hours or pace 11'28". The average heart rate was 116, the average cadence was 129, and the fat burning was 644.

After maghrib time Nuri, Rahutama, and Anjar went out to shop more stuff would be brought to Singaraja. They would stopped by at Bondowoso and be overnight there. They need to submit food souvenir there.

In the morning then be continued to the afternoon I facilitate Untung Eddi to meet verbally by phone to Suryono. Untung needs a contractor to participate at Solo Jogja Toll Road project and I expected Suryono had many access to the information.
