Dining In A Hotpot Resto

It was written on the wall that the resto was a chain of well known hotpot resto in Sydney, Australia. I found the taste was fair but not spectacular. It was written also on the wall that no lard and no pork but I still worried about the halal-ness of the dish. At the end, the food price was expensive.
