Being At Home

It is Friday. The Loving-8 Friday-6 (Jumat Kliwon 14). In the morning I finalized report of study on hydrological change of the adjacent toll road area. The report then was delivered to Lilik the team leader.

There was Friday congregational prayer in the masjid but I did not join. Covid-19 threat hindered me to do that.

At 16:59 on Cempaka 74 WA Group Risnawati posted that our schoolmate, Dwi Wuryani, had passed a way in Siloam Hospital. She had been long time suffering of cancer. Her cancer was detected at about the year 2011.

In the afternoon at 14:15 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. I stopped at reaching 1,12km because of the drizzle. I reached it at 12:43 minutes or pace 11'19". The average heart rate was not recorded, the average cadence was 151, and the fat burning was 59. At 16:24 I run and walked along the same street. I reached 5,99km in 01:11:55 or pace 12'. The average heart rate was 113, the average cadence was 113, and the fat burning was 587.

In the evening I and Nuri dined in Basilia Kitchen. I ordered lassi and spagetti marinara while Nuri ordered straberry lassi and fetucini marinara. We also ordered rissoles for the appetizer.

At about 21:00 I and Nuri talked to Rahutama about his intention to buy a house. We supported him by committing to give a grant.
