It is Tuesday. The Sweet-5 Tuesday-3 (Selasa Legi 8). In the morning at 06:05 I run along the housing alleys. I reached 6km in 1:19:18 hours. The average heart rate was 108, average cadence was 150, and the fat burning was 600. On the back to the house I bought nasi bungkus at Warung Tegal Satuhati. I also took my clothes from the laundry shop.
At 09:00 I put some clothes to the laundry shop for ironing. Then, I went to the office by a Gojek bike.
At 09:36 I arrived at the office. Kecuk and Bambang were in. Benny, Priyonggo, and Panggih came later.
