This morning I was little bit relaxed. I did not join the qigong because no qigong on Sunday.
I tried to be stronger than before. I at more today. Nuri prepared fish soup and kidney bean soup. In the evening Anindya brought me lontong laksa. I ate all.
Lanjutannya...Following the chemotherapy I faced the constipasi. Until today I got difficulty to defecate. This was discouraging.
This morning I joined the qigong. I successfully to undergo from the beginning to end. Although in the mid I came to the closet for a while.
In the evening Mahardi, Erna and Faris came home. They visited me and picked Rahutama. Rahutama would go to Bandung to begin his 'carier'. He would started to work under Mahardi's supervision. They then went back to Pemalang.
I got up at 04:45, prayed and got ready to go. At 06:00 Rahutama dropped me at Taykaksie. I joined qigong for only 45 minutes.
At 12:00 I joined the Friday prayer at Attaqwa mosque.
Lanjutannya...In the day two chemotherapy was still on going. For 4 hours I was moved to the cytostatics room. At 15:00 l was back to my room. Nuri replaced Rahutama at 19:00. Nuri brought me a glass of bit juice.
Lanjutannya...I got up at 04:45 and prayed. I also woke Nuri up. At 05:00 Nuri accompanied bulik Metti going to Tawang station. She would go back to Jakarta. At 06:00 Rahutama accompanied Asri and Peni to the airport. They also would go back to Serang and Tangerang. I was still at home.
At about 10:00 Mrs. Djoni offered me to be with Mr. and Mrs. Djoni going to Ngluwar. I did not because I need some rest. In the afternoon Rahutama joined a Toyota test drive. Before maghrib time Mr. Djumono asked for my advice.
Lanjutannya...At 03:00 in the morning Asri woke us up by ringing Nuri's cell phone. She, bulik Metti and Peni just arrived at home, they were in front of the house. This day we welcomed them. They just wanted to see my condition.
This day my menu was rice, steamed fish. Nuri also made bit juice for the supplement. In the afternoon Nuri accompanied them to get snack for their home. They would be back to Jakarta tomorrow. I was happy they were here.
Lanjutannya...This morning I did not join the qigong exercise. I thought 3 times a week was enough. Nuri prepared steamed kutuk fish for my day meals.
At 10:00 Mr. Djumono came home for socializing. He told me that he just underwent assessing concerning his application for a certificate. At 12:00 I joined the Friday Prayer at Attaqwa mosque. In the evening Ayke told me Mr. Hafied Gany would come to visit me tomorrow.
Lanjutannya...This evening at 19:30 I accompanied by Nuri came to doctor Sumanto to control my condition. My coming was as scheduled by the hospital. He wrote medicines to continue the previous ones. They were about Rp740.000 for Provital, Sulcolon, and BRM for 2 weeks.
I got up at 05:00, prayed, had sweet tea and got ready to go. Rahutama dropped me at Tau Kak Sie temple, the place I practiced qigong. I felt better then previous time because I had sweet tea. At 07:30 Nuri picked me back home.
Before zuhr time I and Nuri went along Jalan Kelud to get a cake shop. On the way home Nuri bought nasi pecel for her lunch.
Lanjutannya...This morning I joined the qigong exercise again. Nuri dropped me there and after finished Rahutama picked me home. I was almost faint after 75 minutes exercise. I thought my durability was only about 60 minutes. I laid on the floor. A participant messaged my leg. I was ok again.
When I was home I felt exhausted. I slept before breakfast and showering. At noon I felt recovered. I found my appetite again at lunch and dinner.
Lanjutannya...The day was going plain. I underwent the daily ritual. I got up early, prayed, had meals, and took my medicines. Bread and boiled egg for the breakfast, nasi soto for the lunch and gravily noodle for the dinner. Nuri bought noodle at Bakmi Dulnumani. I felt better this day.
Lanjutannya...This morning after praying I came to the Taykaksi temple again to practice Qigong. Rahutama dropped me there and picked me after. I felt exhausted afterward.
At 12:00 I joined the Friday Prayer at Attaqwa mosque. It my first time after operation. Nuri went to Elizabeth Hospital to fix my chemo session.
At 13:00 I and Nuri came to Tax Office to hand my tax statement year 2012.
At 17:00 I and Nuri came doctor Prabani at Elizabeth Hospital to check the operation. The ban was removed. The doctor told me to have meals normally.
Lanjutannya...It was the day 2 I joined the Qigong exercise. Rahutama was still accompanying me. The trainer corrected my motion. I practiced from 06:00 to 07:30. I felt exhausted.
At 11:00 Ayke came to visit me. She motivated me.
At 19:00 I accompanied by Nuri came to doctor Suharti to control my progress
This morning after praying I accompanied by Rahutama came to Taykaksi temple to practice a breath exercise named qigong. It is believed to help me recovering. There were about 10 people practicing it at the same time. There was the trainer. It took about 80 minutes. Although the beginner I felt better afterwards.
At 10:00 I came to the office to take a tax paper. I also made chat with Mr. Suhartono then Mr. Sochis. On the way home, I got signature from the Lurah.
At 13:00 I welcomed my schoolmates . They were Winardi, Hariyoto, Tatik Adi, Tati Broto, Tuti, Susi, Indah and Trihandayani. They visited me.
At 21:00 mbak Poppy came. I felt pleased by her visit.
Lanjutannya...I got up at 05:00 and prayed. Nuri prepared porridge for my meals. She also prepared tofu and ground chicken in soy sauce. At 10:30 I escoted by Rahutama went to Cak Rus barbershop. It closed. In the afternoon Nuri went to Superindo for shopping organic vegetable. My condition was being better.
