Being at Home

This morning I got up at 03:58. I still had time to have early breakfast. I just consumed 1 banana, prayed and slept again. I was at home all day long.

Nuri and Bu Kus went to Brumbungan to make the house tidy. At 14:00 they were home. I had a nice afternoon sleep. Before breaking my fasting I wiped and mopped the floor.

Fixing Handset

Before noon Rahutama dropped me at Plaza Simpanglima. At that place I fixed my blackberry handset. It performed hang many times until I realized that the internal memory was only 5Mb. At a blackberry workshop it was reset so the internal memory recovered to 190Mb. The handset was healthy again. It costed Rp75.000.

I got up late so I lost my dawn prayer. I walked along the west floodway side. At about 10:00 I accompanied Rahutama having breakfast at Pak Min chicken soup stand in Sampangan. Nuri went out to join the social gathering of ITB alumni wives.

Seing the Dentist

After maghrib time I and Rahutama went to our dentist, Mr. Winarto at his clinic that had moved from Jalan MT Haryono to Jalan Halmahera. I need dental scaling while Rahutama need dental scaling and filling. The cost were Rp150.000 and Rp300.000, respectively. I like to go to this dentist because he was professional and tender.

I got up at 05:00, prayed and at 07:00 made walking for 45 minutes. I bought grontol and ketan for my first breakfast. At 11:00 I and Nuri joined the social gathering at Gedung Pramuka foodcourt. It was the gathering of the water supply project retired employees' wives. Mrs. Suprijanto was the hostess.

Being at Home

It was Monday so I was fasting. I got up at 03:20 and had my early breakfast. I just consumed lemon juice and papaya. I slept after praying.

At 10:00 Mr. Ujang asked me to send my signature. So, I scanned it at Redbee Advertising. I then sent it to him. I also checked my certificate to Ms. Nia, it was still in process. In the evening we had nasipadang for the dinner. Rahutama's classmate, Brian, came home after their condolence delivery to their other classmate.

Anindya Going to Jakarta

At 15:00 Anindya and Bagus came home from Surakarta. After preparing herself Rahutama escorted her to the airport. Bagus was also with them on his way to his house. Anindya would fly Garuda departing 17:50. At 20:30 she told me she arrived at her dorm.

I got up at 04:45, prayed and slept again. Nuri bought nasi pecel for our breakfast. At 11:00 I joined the gathering of public works retired employees. Mr. and Mrs. Satrio, Mr. and Mrs. Hidayat and Mrs. Wisma were there. There were 40 people.

Going to Salaman

Rahutama woke me up in the morning and reminded me our plan to go. After praying and showering we left home for Salaman at 06:30. This was my first trip to Salaman this year. We had breakfast at Banaran Cafe. At 10:00 we arrived at Salaman. After having short chat Rahutama went to Jogja. I was behind to have long chat with Lik Santo and Adi. It was showering. At about 17:00 Rahutama arrived. At 18:30 we left Salaman.

We had dinner at Tahu Pojok. There was a traffic jam at Sambung so we took Kopeng - Salatiga route. At about 22:30 we arrived at home. Nuri was alone.

Seeing a Handset

In the afternoon I and Anindya went to Citra Mall to see handset again. I still wanted to have a Galaxy S3 mini handset but I hesitated to buy. The price was Rp3.700.000. It was still expensive for me. On arriving at home, Mas Anto and Mbak Ipung were there. They handed the receipt.

This day Nuri got ache so we cancelled to go to Salaman. I had a puff and a croissant for breakfast. This evening Anindya and Bagus had dinner at home. They then were overnight at his house on Erlangga.

Anindya Coming Home

This day was a holiday so Anindya came home. It was the day of the Prophet Muhammad born. The Government Of Indonesia imposes it as a holiday. Then, because the coming day would be a day in between holidays so the government declared it as the common leave. Anindya used it for coming home. She had a promo ticket from Garuda. It schedule to land at 09:00 but Anindya arrived at home at 10:00. She just passed through. She dropped some snack for us. I got up at 03:30, had a banana for my early breakfast. Handset Fixed

This afternoon I received a call that my N79 handset was already fixed. So, I and Nuri went to Plaza Simpanglima to get it. The cost was Rp125.000, Rp50 for resetting and Rp75.000 for installing Garmin.

I got up at 05:10, prayed and walked. Nuri and Bu Kus went to Brumbungan to pick a television and a gas tank. Rahutama went to the campus to deliver his greeting to his friend for the graduation. I had nasi pecel for my breakfast. I and Nuri had lunch in the Citra Mall food court.

Rahutama Going Home

I got up at 05:20, prayed and walked. The route was Balad area, Jalan Sudirman and Jalan Puspowarno. At 09:00 Nuri went out to visit Mrs. Agus's grandson. Nuri told me that Ms. Suryono, Ms. Hidayat, Mrs. Bena and Mrs. Surjadi were also there. At 10:00 Pak Rozi came home to deliver his invoice. I paid off him Rp225.000. It was the cost to install programed lamps. In the afternoon I came to Plaza Simpanglima to fix my Nokia N79. It had been long time it had no ability to received SMS. The fixer said the operating system should be reinstalled. While waiting for it I had lunch in a noodle counter. However, when I came again to the fixer the gadget was still under installation. So, I went home. After maghrig time, I and Nuri picked Rahutama up at Tawang Station. He just came from Surabaya by RAjawali Coachs. This day was the voluntary fasting day. I got up at 04:06. I still had time to have a banana. After praying I slept again.

Mr. Niam woke me by his telephone call. We discussed the terms of reference. He suggested to name them separately, one was named as management and information area and the other was substantial area.I cancelled my plan to go to Simpanglima to fix my handset becaus I was so sleepy.

Empty Home

This day my home was going to be empty. Mbak Poppy and Mbak Eli went their home in Surabaya this morning. Rahutama was with them as the driver. The car was full of used stuff that would be distributed to the relatives. They departed at 06:00 and arrived at Surabaya at 17:00. Anindya was also going to Jakarta in the afternoon. She flew LionAir at 18:40. At 20:10 she arrived at her boarding house. Yuti was also going. She went to Sangatta this afternoon by plane. So, I and Nuri were alone in Semarang. This morning I got up at 05:20, prayed and helped Mbak Poppy and the team to prepared theirselves. Nuri served nasi goreng for our breakfast. In the afternoon Bagus and Anindya were home. Anniversary

In the morning I told Nuri that today was our marriage anniversary. It had been twenty eight years we were in marriage. I married her in Bondowoso in January 19, 1985. To celebrate it we would had yellow rice for the breakfast dish. We went to Gang Buto street market to buy it. So, our breakfast was the celebration. We received greetings from mBak Poppy, mBak Eli and Rahutama.

I got up in the morning, prayed and prepared myself to go. At 06:40 I and Nuri came to the airport to pick Anindya. We visited street market before arriving there. She came to Semarang by Lion Air. She would join a doctors' wives gathering at the Kariadi Hospital. I dropped her there at 11:00.

In the showering situation I came to Mr. Sumar's house to join monthly neighborhood gathering at 20:00. Mr. Djarwono led the meeting that attended by 15 members. We were discussing the replacement of the chairman because Mr. Djarwono got stroke. We discussed the use of social pot. Lanjutannya...

Yes, I was at home all day long. The outside was not attractive, it was cloudy although spotly shinny. In the morning Mahardi called me to tell a family problem. At zuhr time I joined the Friday Prayer at Attaqwa Mosque.

In the afternoon I finished 2 terms of reference as requested by Mr. Niam. The first was for the individual consultant for meeting matters and the second was for management.

Big Flood in Jakarta

This day the television stations told flood covering Jakarta. They allocated almost all the time to televise that news. The presidential palace was water covered at about 40cm. President Susilo delayed to welcome President of Argentina, Cristina Fernandez Kirchner, for about 1 and a half hour. Activities in Jakarta were almost paralyzed. Employees had to have extra effort to get them at their office. Some of them decided to be absent. However Anindya told me that she could get her office. There was no special obstacle for her car to get the office. I got up at 03:45, had a glass of milk for my early breakfast, prayed and slept again. I was reluctant to go out. Visiting the Former Employer

At 13:50 I came to the Pemali Comal Management Office to meet Mr. Niam in his room. There was an item I had to discuss with him, the completion report of the coordination team secretariat. He then called Ika to come to complete the discussion members. Mr. Hetomo intermittently was also involved in the discussion. After settling the discussion we then came to Mr. Zaenal's room. There was another discussion concerning the new organization of the secretariat. There were 2 slots for individual consultants and he still wanted to discuss it to the boss. This day I was at home all day long. It was showering and cloudy alternately. It was making me reluctant to go out. Almost all television statitions showed that there was flood in Jakarta. It was our decision to go home as soon as possible so after praying and packing we went to Bulik Metti's house to have breakfast as she pleased us. At 06:35 we left the place for Gambir. Anindya dropped us there. We got 2 tickets at Rp260.000 each. At 07:00 Argo Muria Coachs brought me and Rahutama to Semarang.

It was cloudy or showering along the way. However, the coachs arrived at Poncol Station on tim, 14:05. Nuri picked me up home. I had afternoon sleep then.

Going to Jakarta

At 05:50 I and Rahutama accompanied Anindya went to Jakarta. We rode her Nissan March. Along the way it was cloudy and showering. At a mosque around Alas Roban we stop to urin. I was too hard to retain a large amount of urine so I did not aware there was liquid going out of my rectus. I was afraid of having blood in.

We then stop at Barokah resto at about Wiradesa. We stopped at a PFU, Jomin to urin and pray. We stop at a resto in Jomin to have lunch. We stopped at toll rest area to urine. We stopped at Sroto Eling in Tebet jakarta to have dinner. At about 19:30 we arrived at Anindya's boarding house.

Being at Home

This day I was at home all day long. I used my time to repair the draft report of coordination team secretariat. It had been about 2 weeks since Ika sent it to me and this evening I settled it. I had not time previously but then after the wedding was over I did. This morning I got up at 04:30, prayed and slept again. Yuti came home to help Nuri. Mas Andi Going Home

This morning I, Nuri and Anindya accompanied Mas Andi going to the Tawang Station. He would go to Surabaya by Rajawali Coachs. The coachs would depart at 08:30. Mas was in his way home. We had been so grateful for his present in Semarang helping us during preparation of Anindya's marriage. I got up at 05:00, prayed and got relaxed at home. I deposited cash in Mandiri Bank Kariadi. I joined the Friday Prayer at Masjid Attaqwa. I and Rahutama then went to BNI Bank Karangayu and BCA Bank Sudirman to deposit some cash. Then, we had lunch in Sarirejo foodstand at Poncol. Making a Visit of Condolence

This morning Mr. Slamet Yuwantoro told me that that Hendro Ismudiarto had passed a way. He was my former subordinate when I served in the head quarter. I, then made a coordination to Mr. Bena, his supervision, for a visit. At 10:30 I, him, Eni, Niken, Puji, Riyanto and Eni left the office to the mourning place, Jalan Menjangan. Several former colleagues had been there. A ceremony was organized in a Roman Catholic ritual. At 13:00 we left the place. I got up late for early breakfast but I was still intended for fasting. However, I then cancelled the fasting when Mr. Bena and his subordinates asked me to have lunch. We had it at a pecel stand near Nasima school. Just arriving at home, Nuri asked me to be with her distributed wedding porridge to the committee members. Paying Off

This day we paid off 2 items: bachelorette night (midodareni), marriage contract signing (akad nikah) and wedding party caterings. The first was paid off by Nuri on cash in the morning and the remaining was paid off on banking through Mandiri Bank, Kariadi. Preceeding of the paying off we came to BNI Bank, Karangayu to draw some cash and deposited it in Mandiri Bank Kariadi. Catering was the biggest component in Anindya's wedding session budget sheet. So, we felt relieved after paying off of it. This morning as usual got up in the morning and prayed. At 06:00 I walked along Banjir Kanal Barat riverside. It was Tuesday, I got up at 04:30 and prayed. At 06:00 I walked through Jalan Puspogiwang, Jalan Sudirman and Jalan Puspanjolo for 45 minutes. Nuri bought nasi pecel for our lunch. Before zuhr she and Bulik Metti went out to buy gifts of the trip. In the evening we paid off debt with Mr. Mrs. Titik. In the evening I went out to buy internet hour. It was Monday. I was fasting without early breakfast. I got up at 04:30, prayed and slept again. When I got again at 07:30, Anindya and Bagus had gone to Bali.

I was still tired, Nuri was, everyone at home was. We paid off our debt to Oemah Watulawang and Rozi Tents. Esti, Dede and Tika sent a message they were in Rajawali Coach on they to Surabaya then Mataram. Sari, Reza, Fiona and Ece came home during their awaiting for the flight bringing them to Jakarta. Anindya's Marriage

This day Anindya married to Bagus. As the father I declared the marriage of Anindya and Bagus confirmed it. The marriage was taking place at Pancawati Ballroom Patrajasa at 08:00 to 08:45. The witnesses were Uncle Santoso and Mr. Gawat. Following the marriage we managed a wedding party. Nuryanto, Tono and Subroto joined it. The party was from 11:00 to 13:00. I felt depressed before the marriage but relieved after it. I appreciated the works of Mr. Anto - Kusuma Asri decoration and organizer, Mrs. Titik - Tri Kusuma make up, Mr. Wawan - Dreamy Look photo video shooting, Mr. Duo - Anggrek catering, Mr Roni - the tent developer and my colleagues as the hosts and hostesses. They have shown their excelent jobs.

I, Nuri and Anindya checked in the Patrajasa Hotel rooms 120 and 121 at early morning. I just slept for 3 hours because at 04:30 I got up. Nuri was made up and dressed up to Jogya style. So, were I. At 07:30 I was ready for a marriage session.

In the evening I was at home. Dede, Esti, Peni, Gilang and Tika came home. Anis, Yuli, Nadia, Ratu and Refa were also at home. Anindya and Bagus were in. Gilang was in awaiting for a minibus to Bandung. Peni was also waiting for Argo Anggrek to Jakarta

Family Coming

It was Friday. I walked along Banjirkanal, I bougth grontol. I shared with bulik. In the evening I went out with Mas andi to by MCB 30 A. Dik yu help us. He sent Andi to solved the problem. The family came. Adi, Pri, Esti, Mahardi an Peni an bulik. Asri came a day before.

The Guests Coming

This day the family members and guests started to come. Asri, Hakim and their kids came home for a while to pass their souvenir, emping crackers. Actually, they arrived at Semarang last night and overnight at Fitri's house. This day they would checked in at Yos Sudarso Guesthouse. Another member was Bulik Metty that came about ashr time. Rahutama picked her from Tawang Station. The Argo Muria Coach she has been in came late. The guest was Mrs. Tulis that came before maghrib to deliver her family's sympathy. She was welcomed by Anindya because I and Nuri were at Patrajasa Hotel.

We were there to join the last organizer meeting. The meeting was organized by Mr. Anto at Sukuh II room. Mr. Surjadi, Mr. Aryo, Mrs. Atik and Bagus were among the participants. The other participants were vendors. On the way home from the meeting I and Nuri visited Asri and Hakim at Yos Sudarso Guesthouse.

It was Thursday, it was the day to be voluntary fasting. I got up at 03:00 to have early breakfast. I woke Anindya up because she was also intended to be the same. I consumed a banana. I slept after praying. On Esti request I handed an invitation to Mr. Taufan at his office, PT PP.

Verifying Data

At 09:00 I and Anindya came to Islamic Affair office to verify data concerning the marriage of Anindya and Bagus. We were accompanied by Mr. Agus. Mr Khairudin Zuhri was the officer in charge. Amid the verifying Bagus came. With him the verifying became faster. At 10:00 it was settled.

I got up at 04:30 and prayed. At 05:45 I started to walk. My route was Jalan Puspowarno Tengah, Jalan Sudirman and Banjirkanal sidewalk. At 10:00 I came to PLN customer sevice, West Semarang office to apply a higher plafond. We were home because the qeue was long. We came again at 13:00 and we were served. The cost was Rp664.000 for 4days. In the evening I came to Gramedia Bookstore to buy a Javanese Dictionary.

First Day of 2013

I got up at 06:00, it meaned I lost the prayer. I made morning walking along Banjirkanal riverside. The traffic was so lose. I thought people were still at home to get rest after party last night.

At 12:00 I trimmed my hair at Cak Rus barber shop. The cost was Rp10.000, no escalation. Nuri and Anindya went out to fit the costume. In the evening we bought chowmien from Dulnumani kitchen.
