Being At Home

It is Thursday. The Sweet-5 Thursday-8 (Kamis Legi 15). The day was as usual. Nuri went to Anindya's house accompanying the children joining their classes virtually. Rahutama and Anjar joined their apprenticeship virtually.

At 08:00 Pak Yus came to fixed the air conditioners (ACs). The AC in my sleeping room was going ineffective since its pump moving so weak. He then replaced it with a new one. Its price was Rp375.000. The other AC was one in the front sleeping room. It was still leaked. He tried to overcome it though he suggested to replace its hose. The service cost was Rp175.000. This afternoon I spent Rp550.000 to fixed ACs.

At 15:17 I walked along streets of Suyudono, Jayengan, Sugijapranata, Pandanaran, Pekunden, Inspeksi, Thamrin, Pierre Tendean, Indraprasta, Sudirman, Puspowarno, Pamularsih Barat VIII, and Pamularsih I. I got 7,22km in 01:30:22hours or speed of 4,80km/h. The average heart rate was 100, the average cadence was 107, and the fat burning was 596.

Procuring Paving Blocks

It is Wednesday. The Loving-8 Wednesday-7 (Rabu Kliwon 15). At 5:23 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. I reached 6,67km 1:19:02hours or pace 11'50". The average heart rate was 109, the average cadence was 149, and the fat burning was 606. After having a break for a while I ironed my clothes. They were the remaining ones since I had iron some several days ago.

The day was usual. Nuri went to Anindya's house, Rahutama and Anjar joined their apprenticeships virtually. Rahutama was more relaxed at 10:00 he got a break till afternoon.

I asked Rahutama to drive me to a paving blocks vendor named Bangkit Jaya on Jalan Jatisari I Mijen. I bought 1m2 of 10x20 paving block at Rp60.000. I guessed they were low grade ones since I saw the production process. However, I just wanted them to use as front yard devider. Quality was aside.

In the afternoon I washed dishes in the sink. I also wiped and mopped the floor. In the time Nuri went out to buy materials for Aishalina.

Before maghrib time Rahutama and Anjar went out to see laptop computers. He told that she wanted to buy a laptop.

Seeing Office Nominee

It is Tuesday. The Black Tuesday (Selasa Wage 7). At 5:55 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. I reached 6,67km in 1:16:30hours or pace 11'28". The average heart rate was 112, the average cadence was 139, and the fat burning 618. After having a rest for a while I then ironed the clothes.

At 10:15 I went to my former office on Jalan Gubernur Budiono. I joined Mustofa Kamal, Wismaningsih, Djoko Roosmany, Harsono Wuryanto, and Arus Horizon seeing the building nominated for Public Works Retired Association (IPPU) Central Java Region Office. The office is now managed by Pemali Juana River Basins Management Office (BBWS Pemali Juana) so 3 guys of the office named Djoko Hadinoto, Odik Tanji, and Ayu Wardani Agustina accompanied us. We found that the office was so spacious. It accounted about 500m2 despite our need was just about 100m2. We decided to take the place immediately so an application letter would be sent to the office.

I went to the office and back home by Gojek cars. I spent Rp17.000 for going and Rp18.000 for coming back. There was no discount. Meanwhile, Priyonggo posted that Wahyudi Mudratur had experienced a traffic accident on toll road yesterday during his trip to Jakarta from Tegal. He is hospitalized in Plumbon Cirebon.

After isha time I accompanied Nuri going to Superindo Karangayu to buy chicken, fruits, and vegetables.

It is Monday. The Yellow Monday (Senin Pon 11). Nuri went to Anindya's house accompanying the children. Rahutama and Anjar joined their apprenticeship. Rahutama seemed more relaxed, he told that he joined in the faculty since this day. I was still at home sleeping.

Going to Salaman

It is Sunday. The Red Sunday (Ahad Pahing 14). At 06:11 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. I reached 6,66km in 1:18:37hours or pace 11'47". The average heart rate was 112, the average cadence was 147, and the fat burning was 631. After having a break and showering I washed my clothes. The day seemed promising.

At 10:15 I and Rahutama went to Salaman. As usual I traced toll road and national road to Magelang. At Banaran Cafe Bedono we stopped by for having coffee. We stopped again at Lezat Shop Magelang to buy various snacks. At about 13:00 we arrived at Adi's house.

There was no one at home so went to the big house. We met Lik Santo, Bulik War, Adi, Esti, Fitri, ARGY, and Lia. We had social talk. I also motivated ARGY and Lia for there future. At about 14:00 ARGY and Lia went back to Semarang. We went back to Semarang at about 17:00. We stopped by at Warung Tahu Pojok to have late lunch. At about 08:15 we arrived at home.

Going Out

It is Saturday. The Sweet Saturday (Sabtu Legi 14). I could not sleep in the evening before this day because I consumed long black coffee during joining gathering. So I use the early morning for sleeping.

Nuri and Anjar made pizza for our breakfast. It was tasty.

Before ashar time I went out. I had late lunch at Warung Senggol. Then I went to Rahayu shop in Peterongan Market to buy various snacks. I also visited Gramedia Bookstore to look for a laser pointer. Finally, I went to Swiss Bakery Bulu to buy bolen pastry. At a material vendor nearby I seeked for paving blocks but it did not provided them.

Gathering

It is Friday. The Loving Friday (Jumat Kliwon 14). The day was as usual. In the morning Nuri went to Anindya's house, Rahutama and Anjar were joining their apprenticeship virtually. I was at home wiping and mopping the floor.

At 15:39 I run along the side walk of west flood canal. My miband 5 was loosing connection with my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 so I could not record the heart rate. I reached 6,67km in 1:17:59hours or pace 11'41". The average cadence was 149 and the fat burning was 360.

At 19:15 I joined Suprapto, Pranoto, and Zaenal at the Strada Cafe. We tasted coffee while having social chat.
