It is Monday. The Red Monday (SomaJenar 13). In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The other participants were Andhy, Sioeling 廖秀玲, Boenmiauw 廖文茂, and Soethien 李素钿. We practiced pengqi guanding, first half of xingshen zhuang, and chenqi.
Before dhuhur time I ironed the all clothes I had washed yesterday.
