Joining Qigong

It is Thursday. The Sweet Thursday (Kamis Legi 13). At 5:40 I walked nordicly along Jalan Pamularsih I. I just walked 1,29km to round monthly walk distance to 50km.

At 6:15 I joined qigong in the temple Hall. The participants were 6people. Beside me there were Liem Cikwan, Andhy, Liauw Moyling, Liauw Boenmiao, and Kweek Tjenlan. We practiced xingshen zhuang.
