Gathering

It is Sunday. The Yellow Sunday (Ahad Pon 12). At 6:08 I ran along canal side walk and Jalan Basudewa. It was sunny. I reached 6,66km in 1:15:22 or pace of 11:18minute per km. The average heart rate was 117bpm, the average cadence was 127spm, and the fat burning was 652kcal. On the way home I consumed mung bean porridge at a vendor.

After having a break and showering I washed my dirty clothes. It was sunny and hot. In the afternoon they were all dried.

At 11:00 Nuri dropped me at Tektona Cafe on Jalan Slamet. I joined AMMPA Semarang gathering. I met about 20people of the members almost all were much younger than me. The older members were Suprianto and Djoko Untung Sutomo. The gathering was organized by Imam Subechi and Suaryanto. The people I knew were Sugiarti, Doso Eko, Indah Meiretnani, Andoyo, and Fitri Siswati.
