Going to Jogja

It is Wednesday. The Black Wednesday (Rabu Wage 11). This morning I accompanied Rahutama going to Jogja to meet his former advisor, Professor Muafi. Before going in the morning at 5:36 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. However, I stopped at reaching 0,8km because I wanted to defecate. At 6:19 I run again along canal side walk. It was sunny. I reached 5,86km. In total I reached 6,66km in 1:09:31hour or pace of 10:25minute per km. The average heart rate was 116bpm, the average cadence was 139spm, and the fat burning was 579kcal.

At about 10:30 we left home for Jogja. We entered toll road at Jatigaleh gate and exited at Bawen gate. We stopped by at Lezat Shop on Jalan Iklas Magelang to buy some snacks. At 13:55 we arrived at Indonesia Islamic University Library Campus in Umbulmartani Ngemplak Sleman where the professor was there. At 15:00 was the time to meet but Rahutama were there till about 15:45. We then went to Mas Yanto Resto in Sinduharjo Ngaglik Slemat to have late lunch. They served halal chinese food. I ordered nasi goreng and found it was tasty enough. We paid our prayer there. At about 16:30 we left the resto for home.

We used tourist road and sand mining road in Sleman and Klaten to get the toll road. We entered at Boyolali gate. At about 20:00 we arrived at home.

At 9:30 Bagus and Anindya came to pick up RAhutama. They along with Aishalina and Dastan left the house for Bondowoso.
