Meeting

It is Monday. The Yellow Monday (SEnin Pon 11). It was the day 21st of Ramadhan. I and Nuri had early breakfast at 3:00. It was the first day for her to join fasting again after she got ill.

At 9:30 I went to IPPU Central Java Secretariat Office to join a caretakers meeting. It started at 10:22 chaired by Masrianto. The other participants were Bambang Pudjo Lahatyo, Mustofa Kamal, Wismaningsih, Agus Supriyanto, Wahyu Kusno Wibowo, Harsono Wuryanto, and Arus Horizon. We discussed the distribution schedule of Islamic charity. We decided some points:

At 16:32 I run along canal side walk and because of dark cloudy I continued running on Jalan Pamularsih. Drizzle then halted me. I reached 2,72km in 33:01minute or pace of 12:07minute per hour. The average heart rate was 102bpm, the average cadence was 132spm, and the fat burning was 220kcal.
