Chatting with Friends

It is Sunday. The Sweet Sunday (Ahad Legi 10). In the morning at 6:21 I run along canal side walk. It was sunny. I reached 5km in 55:16minute or pace of 11:02minute per hour. The aveerage heart rate was 117bpm, 131spm, and the fat burning was 470kcal.

After dhuhur time I and went to Tentrem Mall on Jalan Gajahmada to meet Seta and his wife Peni. We found them in Summer Palace Resto. Seta and Peni served us lunch. The dishes were delicious. We liked them. We were talking about our experience. At 17:00 we dismissed. Seta has been my colleagues since we shared our secondary school, highschool, and Ministry of Public Works.
