It is Monday. The Sweet Monday (Senin Legi 9). In the morning at 6:30 I joined Qigong in the temple hall. The other participants were Andhy, Melani (廖梅玲), Sioeling (廖秀玲), and Laoshi Hiangie (王贤义）. We practiced pengqi guanding （捧气贯顶）and sanxin bingzhan zhuang (三心并站桩).
After having a break for a while I washed my dirty clothes. The day was promising so they were dried after dhuhur time.
In the evening I accompanied Nuri to check Belu the cat condition in Kasih Satwa Clinic.
