It is Thursday. The Sweet Thursday (Kamis Legi 13). In the morning at 7:15 I walked Nordicly along Jalan Suyudono, Jalan Bulustalan, Jalan Basudewo, canal side walked, and Jalan Pamularsih I. I reached 6,80km in 1:21:56hour or speed of 4,98km per hour. The average heart rate was 111bpm, the average cadence was 109spm, and the fat burning was 642kcal.

In the afternoon at about ashr time I went to Permata Pharmacy to buy fish oil. The price of 60capsules was Rp101.500. Then I went to Piranti shop to buy V60 coffee filter paper. The price was Rp70.000 for 100pieces. I also went to Balad Store and a watch store nearby to buy an LR1120 button cell. I did not get it. The keeper told that if it was available the price would be Rp70.000. Before going back home, I stopped by at Bu Lin kiosk to have late lunch. Fish mangut was the dish I consumed. Finally I went to Pak Man's Kiosk on Jalan Kenconowungu I to put my shoes for fixing.
