It is Wednesday. The Sweet Wednesday (Buda Manis 12). In the morning at 7:12 I run along Jalan Ahmad Yani. I stopped for a while when I reached 1,91km because I needed to defecate. I rushed back to the house passing paddy field. I then continued again. It was sunny. I reached 6,67km in 1:11:02hours or pace 10'38". The average heart rate was 119bpm, the average cadence was 138spm, and the fat burning was 625kcal.

At 10:15 I and Nuri went out to shop. Rahutama and Dhiratama left in the house. We stopped at several points on Jalan Ahmad Yani. Our first stop was Pasar Banyuasri where Nuri shopped vegetables and fruits. The second stop was Bunga Pertiwi Snack Shop where she bought some snacks. We went stopped at DIY Store to get cloth hangers. We did not get them. We got them at Miyako Store nearby.
