Nordic Walking

It is Wednesday. The Sweet Wednesday (Buda Manis 12). At 08:00 I was in Trilomba Juang Stadium to join group practicing nordic walking. The instructur was Zaenal Achmad. The other participants Kusumaningdyah Zaenal, Mandagi, Chairijah Mandagi, Dewi Widodo, Yetti Sudiyanto, dsb. I walking tracing the running track for 3 times just to get used of nordic walking.

In the afternoon I received first term of payment for the work accompanying technical recommendation. I got Rp30.000.000 but then it was spreaded to Basa and Suprapto. The balance was Rp10.000.000.
