Being At Home

It is Sunday. The Loving Sunday (Radite Kasih 13). It was rainy in the morning and turned to cloudy at the beginning of afternoon. I and Nuri were still at home. I continued my sleeping.

In the afternoon it was little bit sunny. I walked along Jalan Suyudono. I stopped by at Warung Tegal and had late lunch. I continued walking tracing Jalan Jalan Basudewo and led to home. I completed my 7km walk on Jalan Pamularsih I. I reached at hours or pace. The average heart rate was, the average cadence was, and the fat burning was.

At 19:45 I joined 2 weekly Quran Recital virtually. As usual the mentor was Ihyaudin. The other participants were Arien Pinalti, Darsono, Dwihati Lukitaningsih, Minuk Suhendrayati, Nurul Safariah, Susilo Tjahjaningsih Handajani, Triana Indah Lestari, Widayadi, and Widarto. It was the first time non highschoolmates joining this meeting. They were Triana Indah Lestari and Widayadi.
