Being At Home

It is Sunday. The Loving Sunday (Ahad Kliwon). I slept after having dawn praying. When I woke up again at 08:30 Nuri had prepared nasi pecel for our breakfast. It was taste good.

At 11:00 I, Nuri, Rahutama, and Anjar went to Batik Jayakarta at Banyumanik to look for batik Rahutama and Anjar wanted to wear at their wedding day. We got a pair of Sidomukti batik. Then we had lunch at Sim Six Resto in Tembalang area. At about 14:30 we arrived at home.

At 16:00 I was in Trilomba Juang Stadium to run. I reached 5km in 1:09:12 hours. The average cadence was 164, the average heart rate was 121 and the fat burning was 633.

In the evening I got a news from the family group discussion that Amir Firdausi was hospitalized because of bearing Covid19. The news was posted by Priyono. I then phoned Priyono to know more about the news but he seemed had no more information.
