Being at Home

It is Monday. The Red Monday (Senin Pahing). My weight was 69,1kg. In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were 6 people. We practiced pengqi guanding and first part of xingshen zhuang.

In the evening I joined zoom video conference managed by Mahardi. The participants were Priyono, Esti, and Peni. We were discussing the map of Sardjoeki third generation fates. We wanted to know the condition of Dita, Nimas, Amir, Lukman, Gilang, Tari, Tika, Teta, Firda, Faris, ARGI, ALY, ZAKY, Lia, Aning, and Damar. We planned to join the next video conference with Gilang as the resource person.
