Joining Qigong

It is Friday. Sweet Friday (Jumat Legi). In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were 12 people. We practiced chenqi, shou-la, pengqiguanding, and first half of xingshen zhuang.

At dhuhur time I joined Friday Prayer in Masjid Attaqwa.

In the evening after maghrib time I and Nuri went to Miramor Noodles on Jalan Trilomba Juang. It was cloudy and then showering when we were there. The showering were last long.
