Joining Qigong

It was Friday. In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were just 7 people. We practiced pengqi guanding and short xingshen zhuang.

At 10:00 I dropped Rahutama at the Banyumanik bus stop. He would go to Jogja. I then went to the lab. I met pak Edhisono and bu Wati. A short discussion was conducted. I joined the Friday prayer at a mosque nearby. At 13:30 I went home.
