Meeting

It was Tuesday. In the morning I went to the temple hall to join qigong. The participants were 9 people. We practiced chenqi, laqi, and pengqi guanding. Usually, we practiced short xingshen zhuang at the but not this day. The participants then discussed our plan to welcome an instructor from China.

At 09:30 I went to the lab. I continued to work on conservation. At 11:00 I and Pranoto went to the Management Office to see the directing team. We saw Ms. Rantika, Ms. Ika, etc.  We discussed the laboratory test. On the back to the lab we had lunch at the Kabul Soto stall. At 16:00 I went home. I bought some bread in the Fancy Bakery, Ngesrep.

In the evening Asri came. I, Nuri, and her had chat about her kid.
