It was Monday. In the morning I went to the temple hall to join qigong. Nuri was at home. The participants were eleven people. We practiced chenqi, laqi, and pengqi guanding. When we were practicing pengqi the CD player were getting trouble so we did it again. Maybe because of that we did not have time to do sanxin bingzhan as usual.
At 09:00 I and Nuri went to the Pandanaran Public Health Center to control my condition. My blood pressure was 120/80. Then, I dropped Nuri at the Grand Edge to join monthly gathering.
At 11:30 I went to the lab. I met Ms. Wati, Mr. Pranoto, and Mr. Suharyanto. We briefly discussed our progress. At 16:00 I left the lab. Rahutama joined me. We went back together.
