Being at Home

It was Wednesday. In the morning I ang Nuri joined Qigong in the temple. Laoshi Miao Xiao was in. With her we were in 11. We practiced chenqi, laqi, pengqi guanding, and sanxin zhuang.

The remaining time of the day we were still at home.
