Joining Qigong

It was Wednesday. In the morning I joined the qigong. The participants were 15 people. We practiced chenqi, laqi, pengqi guanding, and sanxin zhuang. I also paid off for the 5 coming months participation.

Before zuhr time I went to Cak Rus Barbershop to trim my hair. The cost was still Rp12.000. At noon I came to the office to meet Sunarko to borrow a guidance book. However, he was out of the town.
