Seeing a Doctor

It was Friday. I joined the qigong in the morning. At 09:00 I went to the office to joined a discussion. The discussion was concerning the draft of Governor decree imposing the establishment of hydrology information system. The participants were Mr. Ghozi, Mr. Suhartono, Mr. Djumono and Mr. Bena. The discussion stopped at 11:30.

I joined the Friday at Attaqwa mosque. The day was hot but I still had the energy to cope with.

At 14:00 I and Nuri came to the Telogorejo hospital to register to see doctor Suharti. The queu was long since I got #26. At 19:00 my turn came. My blood pressure was 180/100. It was high so the doctor gave me Amlodipine 5mg, 30 caplets. I had to consumed a caplet a day.
Today was a very exhausting day.
