It is Saturday. The Loving-8 Saturday-9 (Sabtu Kliwon). We did not go anywhere. Nuri made a pattern to make a special pillow. The day was so hot, I better had day sleep.

Being At Home

It is Friday. The Black-4 Friday-6 (Jumat Wage 10). Nuri went to Anindya's house in the morning to accompany Dastan dan Aishalina joined their classes virtually. I was at home.

In the morning and in the afternoon I gardened by removing Teki weeds from the front yard.

At 15:53 I run along canal side walk, streets of Puspanjolo Selatan, Pamularsih IV, Pamularsih VI, and Pamularsih I. I reached 6,7km in 1:21:33hour or pace 12'13". The average heart rate was 112, the average cadence was 126, and the fat burning was 636.

After isha time I went to Laris Jaya Printing Shop to take materials for a virtual meeting scheduled on Tuesday, August the 10th. The meeting would be managed by Directorate of Engineering Development of the Directorate General of Water Resources to discuss a Guideline on Water Resources Practice. The guideline name is Pedoman Pembangunan Akuifer Buatan Simpanan Air Hujan (Guideline on the Construction of Rainwater Depositing Artificial Aquifer). I as a water resources engineering practitioner was assigned to be a discussant. He was Bambang Soenarto who gave a recommendation to the directorate to put my name.

Going Out

It is Thursday. The Yellow-7 Thursday-8 (Kamis Pon 15). In the morning Nuri went to Anindya's house to accompanied Dastan and Aisha joined their classes virtually. I was still at home.

After dhuhur time I went out to print my bankbook. Firstly, I went to BCA Bank Pemuda, parked the car there, printed the book then then walked to Mandiri Bank Pemuda across the street to print another book. I moved the car to DP (Duta Pertiwi) Mall, parked the car there and came to BNI Bank. It closed because of Covid-19. So, I walked to Bank Jateng. It was 13:30, the bank would be closing. Finally, I printed the last book at Bank BNI Pandanaran.

It is Wednesday. The Red-9 Wednesday-7 (Rabu Pahing 16). In the morning Nuri went to Anindya's house to accompanied the children joining their class. I was still at home continuing sleeping. At 09:00 I wiped and mopped the floor.

Being At Home

It is Tuesday. The Sweet-5 Tuesday-3. In the morning Nuri went to Anindya's house to be with the kids. I continued sleeping. At 08:00 I had my breakfast. It contained of steamed potatoes, carrot, and soup of grouper. At about 10:30 I went to Anindya's house just to see the kids. Unfortunately, Aisha was just completing her class. I missed it.

At 15:46 I run along Pamularsih I street. I reached 6,67km in 1:16:35hours or pace 11'28". The average heart rate was 121, the average cadence was 130, and the fat burning was 678.

At Magrib time I contacted Rahutama through WA video call. He reported his condition that going better. He was still weak but going stronger. He appetize was also better. He did not get cough nor fever anymore.

Today Nuri did not make any dish. So, in the evening I ordered nasi padang through Gojek application. My total expense was 56.000 but fortunately, Gojek cut the payment to Rp26.000. Gojek had given me big discount. I gave Rp5.000 for the biker.

In the afternoon Nuri washed the clothes. Then, she cut my hairs, till my head was bald. Rahutama told he suffered of diarrhea. It might be the post syndrome of Covid-19. He felt no energy.
